Late fee-

Please arrive at the salon on time for drop off and collection. If you arrive at the salon 15 minutes late for drop off or collection a £15 charge will be added to your groom. Punctuality is essential at Toddy’s as we aim to run a 1 to 1 service for our customers. Late drop off or collection means we cannot conduct the next groom punctually impacting on the running of the salon that day.

Last minute cancellation fee-

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the groom. This will give the groomer the best chance of filling the cancelled appointment. Failure to comply will result in 50% payment of the full groom to be made upon cancellation and payment upfront for future bookings.

No shows-

No shows will be asked to make full payment of the groom not attended. This will be sent via invoice.

Fleas-

Dogs found with fleas during the groom will need to be collected as soon as possible and an additional fee of £20 will be added to cost of the full groom. This fee will contribute to cleaning the salon and equipment to prevent the spread of fleas to future clients.

Urination and fouling at the salon-

We understand your pampered pooch may just simply need to go to the toilet when they are due their groom. Although we do not charge for defecating the salon, we do ask that you toilet your dog before they come to the salon so the salon is a more enjoyable environment for both pets and people. There is plenty of outside space on the salon grounds for this, remember to bring poo bags in case of poops.
